Accordingly, by submitting User Materials and/or any personal information through the Naughty Listed site ( www.naughtylisted.com) or through the use of the Naughty Listed Facebook application, User thereby waives any and all privacy expectations (including the privacy expectations of any other individual who appears in the User Materials or otherwise) with respect to Oneupweb's use of the User Materials. If User chooses not to have his/her content, picture, or any other profile information about themselves viewable by a global audience, User should not use the Naughty Listed application. Oneupweb may only collect and save User's Facebook User ID. No other personal information from User, displayed through the Naughty Listed app or otherwise, will be used or stored by Oneupweb.
